Today's rotary cutting machine can spin out very thin veneer, but if the machine fails, the quality of veneer will be affected, and the production efficiency will also be affected. Therefore, today, we will introduce some common peeling problems, which will be helpful to you.
1. Veneer rolling: This kind of situation is mainly caused by too narrow knife door or too high tool carrier. The solution is very simple. The ram screws and adjusting screws at both ends should be loosened, the knife door should be relaxed, the height of the cutter should be lowered, and then the screws should be tightened. In this way, the problem of wood veneer rolling can be solved.
2. Uneven veneer thickness: It is mainly due to the damage of the encoder or electronic ruler. Solution: adjust the fast forward frequency to 2Hz and observe whether the diameter change of the log is continuous. If there is still a pause, the ranging encoder is broken and needs to be replaced. If the speed of the roller is inconsistent with the actual speed, the speed encoder needs to be replaced.
3. The veneer is wavy This situation is generally caused by excessive feed resistance. Solution: check whether the output current of frequency converter is greater than 5 a when idling. If the current exceeds 5 A, adjust the machine and check whether the resistance caused by poor lubrication is too large.
