At the same time, we changed the cooling mode of our hydraulic oil and replaced the original water cooling with air cooling. The air cooling energy is about 10 ° C lower than the previous oil temperature. Under the same use intensity, our machine is more stable and has a longer service life.

2: Power saving system of asynchronous servo motor: there are two advantages of using asynchronous servo motor. One is that it can save about 40% of power. The other is that when the press is in the pressure maintaining state, the motor and pump are still working. In this way, the service life of the pump and valve of the hydraulic system is increased by about 50%.

3: Electronic automatic temperature control system: the installation of the electronic temperature control system solves the problem of manually adjusting the temperature of the upper and lower hot platens of the press. It intelligently adjusts the heating system so that the temperature of the hot platen is always automatically maintained within the temperature set by the customer.

4: Secondary circulation system: the secondary circulation system of heat transfer oil selects high temperature heat transfer oil pump, imported electric three-way valve or pneumatic valve and PMA imported temperature control instrument to realize that different temperatures of a heat transfer oil furnace do not interfere with each other. The temperature can be controlled within one degree to more accurately even the temperature of the upper and lower hot plates, so as to improve the quality of the finished products.
