Comparison of heating methods between veneer press and traditional press:
The traditional heating method is steam heating or electric heating. Steam heating is fast, but pressure steam pot shall be set, the pipeline pressure is high, and the steam is easy to condense into water to form uneven plate temperature; electric heating has the characteristics of fast temperature rising, high heating temperature, easy control, etc., but it has large power consumption, high operation cost, and it is not easy to replace the resistance wire when it is applied in detail.
The advantages of heat transfer oil heating are: high heat capacity and average temperature, which can be heated to a very high temperature under normal pressure, small heat consumption and low labor cost. The problem is that the heating speed is slow and it is not easy to stop temperature control. In the furniture industry, when the normal hot pressing temperature is not high, the hot water recycling furnace can also meet the consequences, and the firm investment and operation costs are very low.
